Once a paper is accepted, authors have to submit copyright of the paper over to the publisher.
Manuscript Submission Policy & Methods
The manuscript should be written in English. Submit the PDF file of your paper electronically either to the Editor-in-Chief at yanglm65@aliyun.com or to a member of the Editorial Board.

References & LaTeX Formatting Guidelines
Reference Styles: List references in alphabetical order and use the following styles (1 for proceedings articles, 2 for journal articles, and 3 for books):
LaTeX Document Classes: Manuscripts should be formatted as LaTeX files:
- AMS-LaTeX: Use the command
\documentclass{amsart}as shown on page 3 of the User's Guide to AMS-LaTeX, Version 1.1, published by the American Mathematical Society. - LaTeX 2e: Use
\documentclass{article}as shown on page 19 of Lamport's book LaTeX User's Guide & Reference Manual, 2nd Edition. - LaTeX 2.09: Use the command

Note: AMS-TeX and plain TeX files may be submitted. However, once the manuscript is accepted, it will be formatted as an AMS-LaTeX file and the author may be asked to help with the reformatting. Please keep the number of macros (\def, \newcommand) to the minimum possible, and use standard TeX macros rather than your personal macros (i.e., use \omega instead of \om).

Warning: Please do not use PSFRAG, because pdflatex does not recognize its commands.
Final Acceptance & File Submission
Upon acceptance of a paper, the corresponding author will be requested to use the JCGTA format file (downloadable below) to prepare the LaTeX file of the paper. Then send the LaTeX and PDF files of the paper to the Editor-in-Chief at yanglm65@aliyun.com.

When Charged: The APC is payable only after a manuscript has been peer-reviewed and formally accepted for publication. There are no submission charges.
Coverage: The APC covers all costs related to:
- Editorial and peer review management
- Copyediting and typesetting
- Digital archiving and long-term access
- DOI registration and indexing services
Waivers and Discounts: To support authors with limited funding, the Journal of Combinatorics, Graph Theory and Applications offers APC waivers or discounts on a case-by-case basis, particularly for researchers from low- and middle-income countries. Authors may request a waiver during the submission process.
Payment Method: Detailed instructions for payment will be provided upon article acceptance. APCs can be paid by authors, their institutions, or research funders. The Journal of Combinatorics, Graph Theory and Applications is committed to ensuring equitable access to scientific publishing.
